Microteaching Session (UTC & UTF) - October 7, 2015

Microteaching sessions are small-group workshops with 4-5 participants in which each participant plans and delivers a 10-minute lesson. After delivering the lesson, the participant will have the opportunity to self-reflect on their teaching experience as well as receive constructive feedback from their peers. The feedback will be collected and synthesized by the facilitator who will then send the written feedback to each participant.

Participants are required to submit their lesson plans to the facilitator one week in advance of the session. This workshop is open to graduate students and postdoctoral fellows completing the University Teaching Foundations Certificate and the University Teaching Certificate.

Information collected is done so under the authority of the Wilfrid Laurier University Act and will not be shared. It will be used only for administrative purposes associated with this event including but not limited to registration and confirmation of participation.
